Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of the client base and related needs across products and geographies.
  • •Detect and relay client needs with product teams and support planning of client review sessions.
  • •Maintain and update client data, reconcile revenue reporting, and contribute to onboarding of new clients and products on the HSBC Continental Europe platform.
  • •Monitor bank commitments and capital allocation to clients, and track risks and credit cases.
