Support the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy by managing and executing wellbeing and engagement projects, programs, initiatives, and events across offices, stores, and warehouses. Act as a custodian for wellbeing benefits and resources, develop campaign communications with Group Comms, research trends to improve employee experience, secure external provider partnerships, and present analytical updates on performance, achievements, and enhancements.
