Lead revenue recognition and close processes for a fast-growing SaaS company, applying ASC 606/IFRS 15 to non-standard contracts. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to optimize NetSuite ARM usage, drive process improvements, perform SSP studies, and support M&A integrations and policy updates to accurately recognize revenue across markets and products.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, and thoroughly document conclusions.
•Lead and execute revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization (NetSuite ARM), improving process efficiency and revenue accuracy.
•Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities across the revenue recognition and close process to drive continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams to conduct Standalone Selling Price (SSP) studies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
•6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments.
•Strong technical revenue accounting skills with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 proficiency.
•Proficiency in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management).
•Experience with M&A revenue integration or purchase accounting is a plus.
