Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain delivery plans aligned to programme milestones and stage gates, coordinating technical activities across teams and suppliers.
  • •Own and maintain technical risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; identify and escalate potential delivery impacts early.
  • •Lead cross-team coordination across integration, infrastructure, environments, security, data migration, and testing, ensuring deliverables are sequenced for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
  • •Support planning and readiness across the programme lifecycle, including environment readiness, defect resolution, and readiness evidence for deployment and hypercare.
  • •Produce governance and reporting for programme leadership, highlighting milestone confidence, key risks, issues, and required decisions.
