Job Summary

Lead and develop production teams across Dry Blending, Dispensary, and Packing to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Drive continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving, maintain GMP compliance for equipment and operations, and protect employee health and safety through site safety culture. Manage team performance, support documentation and standard work training, and complete shift reporting with production tracking records and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Dry Blending, Dispensary, and Packing production teams to execute production plans and meet production targets using resources efficiently.
•Perform root cause analysis to solve safety, quality, cost, and delivery issues and escalate unresolved issues to site leadership.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals.
•Oversee GMP compliance for equipment, facility, and operations within internal programs and regulatory codes.
•Manage team performance, complete shift reports and maintain production tracking records for monthly reporting and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Preferably a diploma in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Production Management, Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a process environment, including at least three years in a team lead or supervisory role.
•Preferably experience in a Food Manufacturing Plant.
•SAP knowledge is a plus.
•Eligible for overtime.
