Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily project administration and drive construction progress against major milestones, including main building envelope completion and weather-tight status.
  • •Lead commercial and contract management: administer main contractor agreements, manage change/variations, and ensure claims are supported by site data.
  • •Own procurement and supply chain planning for trade packages, including long-lead critical infrastructure equipment delivery to prevent site delays.
  • •Coordinate PMC team authority approvals for submissions to local authorities and track clearances for structural systems, industrial land allocation, industrial water supply, and toxic material storage.
  • •Lead design control and coordination across client design consultants, local Qualified Persons (QPs), and contractor detailing teams; align construction processes with BCA-IMDA Green Mark for Data Centres Platinum requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of project management experience in building construction.
  • •At least 5+ years managing data centre or critical infrastructure new builds within a consultancy.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Strong understanding of data centre typologies, electrical redundancy (N+1, 2N, Block Redundant), and mechanical cooling systems.
