Regional Commercial Handover Manager

Own the handover of freight forwarding contract wins from bid teams to operations by translating bid SLAs, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs into actionable operational requirements. Lead bid-to-operations meetings, act as a two-way liaison with commercial, finance, and legal stakeholders, and provide feedback on operational challenges, lessons learned, and process improvements.
