Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Avdelning Vatten Mitt with four direct reports and 40 consultants to achieve common goals and deliver outcomes across different projects and tasks.
•Develop the division’s operations, optimize how we work, maintain high quality, grow the business, and ensure regional market growth.
•Collaborate with subsektorchef and broader leadership to drive and develop the subsector’s leadership and performance.
•Allocate time between people management, service development, and active participation in client assignments to ensure a comprehensive staffing and results responsibility.
•Ensure competence development, client relationship management, and commercial development of services for the local market.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification with focus on public utilities/water management
•Extensive professional experience in the water/VA sector and advisory/consulting environment
•Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility (four direct reports and ~40 consultants)
•Strong structured mindset, business acumen, and ability to drive development of services and client relationships in a local market
•Fluency in Swedish and English; ability to operate in a global company and communicate across teams
