Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement tailored data solutions spanning streaming, data lakes, and analytics.
•Recommend appropriate technologies and solutions across the application layer to infrastructure.
•Use coding skills (Python, Java, Scala) to move solutions into production with strong performance, security, scalability, and integrations.
•Collaborate across technical stacks including Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.
•Create solution documentation (e.g., sequence diagrams, class hierarchies, logical system views) and follow Agile practices.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects.
•2+ years leading a team supporting data-related projects to build end-to-end technical solutions.
•Ability to travel at least 25%.
•Production experience in core data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Hadoop.
•Hands-on knowledge of cloud and distributed data storage (e.g., HDFS, S3, ADLS, GCS, Kudu, Elasticsearch/Solr, Cassandra, or other NoSQL systems).
