Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key, day-to-day client interface for major Data Centre construction projects.
  • •Lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive performance across design development, permitting/approvals, procurement, and construction.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered to time and cost targets while meeting high standards of quality, sustainability, and safety.
  • •Oversee services including overall project management, project controls, preconstruction, construction management, and quality management.
  • •Provide commercial, claims, procurement, project execution support, and project close-out activities, managing project delivery end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a construction-related field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience delivering major projects and/or programmes in the Data Centre sector.
  • •Experience including Project Director/Construction Director roles in a PMC/EPCM/Construction Management environment or as a General Contractor.
  • •Understanding of project management and project controls methodology.
  • •Fluent German and English; strong interpersonal and communication skills for clients and senior management.
