Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature onward, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
  • •Work with Account Specialists and Leads to support day-to-day requests, including orders, invoicing, and supply management.
  • •Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and drive revenue realization.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development.
  • •Act as an owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue, including identifying and communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma/equivalency plus 10+ years of professional business development, program management, sales, or account management experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or other business functions within the aviation industry (e.g., commercial airlines, OEMs, or dealers).
  • •Experience focusing on onboard connectivity solutions, satellite integrations, or fleet/mobility applications.
  • •Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts.
