Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, interpret, and operationalize regulatory and partner obligations across US jurisdictions, products, and licensed entities into governance, controls, and execution requirements.
  • •Manage end-to-end design and implementation of key regulatory and partner controls, embedding them into workflows and systems with Product, Operations, Engineering, Risk, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • •Build and maintain regulator- and partner-ready documentation, including obligation mappings, control descriptions, RACIs, testing approaches, evidence standards, and remediation tracking.
  • •Coordinate with third parties such as regulators, auditors, and financial partners, and support regulatory exams, audits, inspections, RFIs, and supervisory engagements.
  • •Define and control US regulatory reporting and obligations governance, identify gaps in obligations/controls/evidence, and drive pragmatic remediation and uplift plans.

Salary: USD 119,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, or a similar discipline in fast-growing tech or financial services/payments/fintech.
  • •Experience translating legal, regulatory, or partner requirements into operational controls, procedures, and testing/assurance activities.
  • •Direct involvement supporting regulatory exams, audits, inspections, RFIs, or partner due-diligence reviews with clear ownership of planning, coordination, documentation, or remediation.
  • •Strong project management skills driving cross-functional control or reporting initiatives to completion across Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
  • •Excellent analytical and writing skills to convert complex regulatory concepts into clear control requirements and exam-ready materials.
