Own end-to-end controllership for US and Canadian entities, driving a faster, cleaner monthly close and producing US GAAP financial statements, board packages, and investor materials in partnership with the CFO. Lead and scale the accounting team, manage technical accounting and internal controls for audit readiness, oversee tax strategy and compliance across jurisdictions, and direct the finance systems roadmap including NetSuite.
