  • •Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to establish efficient onsite rental operations supporting project success.
  • •Support launch, transition, and long-term operational success of new Megasite locations.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop a team; set operational standards, safety expectations, and best practices across locations.
  • •Review P&L and KPIs, conduct operational reviews and site visits, and address escalations to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements
