Job Summary

Lead, manage, and direct the plant’s Material Planning team to ensure raw material availability, healthy inventory, and on-time production schedules. Drive supply chain transformation through SAP and Power BI, master data governance, advanced analytics, and exception-based planning. Partner cross-functionally across manufacturing, S&OP, procurement, transportation, warehousing, quality, and finance to manage working capital, obsolete materials, and new product introductions while modernizing planning processes.

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Material Planners; set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
•Drive system adoption, master data governance, and process standardization to improve planning accuracy and data integrity.
•Ensure effective use of SAP and Power BI for material planning, inventory management, and reporting activities.
•Partner cross-functionally to align material planning processes across manufacturing, S&OP, procurement, transportation, warehousing, quality, and finance.
•Manage working capital by monitoring inventory levels, analyzing variances, and executing action plans; coordinate disposition of obsolete/aged materials and support continuous improvement projects.

•Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment and driving system adoption/digital transformation initiatives.
