Job Summary

Partner with HR Shared Services/HR Consulting to support people programs through day-to-day benefits operations. Administer benefits activities including enrollments, life events, vendor invoicing, and audit support while ensuring compliance and an excellent associate experience. Coordinate benefits initiatives such as open enrollment and vendor implementations, maintain benefits data for accurate reporting and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, and Finance on program alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and monitor day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollments, life events, vendor invoicing, and audit support.
•Coordinate and execute benefits projects and initiatives such as open enrollment, vendor implementations, and program enhancements.
•Maintain and update benefits data across systems to ensure data integrity and enable recurring and ad hoc reporting/analytics.
•Work with the Benefits Lead cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to support regulatory compliance and internal policy alignment.
•Support internal communications for benefits programs by drafting associate-facing materials and coordinating stakeholder updates aligned to the Total Rewards narrative.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
•At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
•Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
•Professional Human Resources certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
