Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand partnerships through new teams, renewals, and upsells.
  • •Identify, pursue, and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your territory.
  • •Expand Grata’s usage by identifying and closing new user groups within existing customer accounts.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, upsells, and new contracts with favorable terms for both parties.
  • •Maintain client organizational maps and collaborate cross-functionally by providing customer feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable success managing renewals and upsells.
  • •Experience managing strategic/enterprise-level accounts and customers across different product lines.
  • •Commercial mindset focused on contract renewal and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
