Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Area-level delivery performance and intervene directly when squads are off-track, using delivery governance cadence and adoption of metrics and reporting (incl. JIRA).
  • •Act as agile role model to foster self-organizing agile teams and guide squads in adopting agile principles and values.
  • •Coach and advise Area shared leadership and squads, working with Area Business Lead, Area Tech Lead, Chapter leads, and Agile Masters.
  • •Drive Area-level agile events (e.g., QBR) and regularly join squad ceremonies to actively unblock delivery.
  • •Provide hands-on squad enablement for backlog management, planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and delivery tracking in Jira, and deliver training across levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field with strong understanding of data-driven business strategies.
  • •10+ years in an enabling role in business, consulting or IT.
  • •Proven track record applying agile ways of working and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Design Thinking) with strong JIRA and agile tooling expertise (e.g., Miro).
  • •An agile certification (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Kanban) and/or hands-on experience operationalising scaled agile frameworks.
  • •Proven experience improving agile delivery performance (predictability, transparency, flow) and driving transformation and continuous improvement without formal line authority.
