Coordinate airport warehouse logistics by monitoring inbound shipments, routing paperwork and customer requirements, and managing communications with drivers, vendors, and visitors. Execute shipping and freight workflows including FedEx/UPS processes, internal shipping requests, ISO/SQF compliance, and JDE/TMC system tasks for orders, BOLs, inventory, and ship confirmations. Maintain accurate shipment records, prepare shipping labels and LTL documentation, and support warehouse operations with basic forklift licensing.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor inbound shipments and route them to the correct department while following customer paperwork, billing, and sealing requirements.
•Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the proper parties in a timely manner.
•Perform shipping and freight coordination tasks including carrier detention tracking, ship confirmation, shipment accuracy, and drop trailer coordination.
•Run shipping paperwork workflows such as printing/reprocessing/correcting BOLs and pack slips and handling miscellaneous shipping notes.
•Work independently in the guard shack area with minimal supervision while maintaining ISO & SQF guideline compliance and professional communication with drivers, vendors, and visitors.
