Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the vision, roadmap, and economic performance of the Cross-Border product suite, balancing regulatory compliance with revenue impact and operational efficiency.
•Navigate regulatory landscape to ensure compliant operation as a best-in-class eFX and NRA participant; translate regulatory changes into product actions.
•Lead the design and delivery of NRA integrations and VA structures, coordinating with FX brokers, custody banks, and internal engineering.
•Act as the primary technical/commercial advisor for global merchants using XB flows in Brazil, communicating complex regulatory and FX concepts clearly.
•Partner with Treasury and Finance to automate workflows (Tradebook, ACAM files, safeguarding calculations, FX closing) and improve hands-on tooling for fund movement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of PM experience in payments, fintech, or financial services with direct Brazil cross-border payments experience
•Deep knowledge of Brazilian FX regulatory framework (Central Bank resolutions, NRA mechanics, IOF, ACAM reporting)
•Practical understanding of Non-Resident Account structures and Virtual Account mechanics in Brazil
•Fluency in Treasury and Operations—FX closing, daily netting, safeguarding compliance, intercompany movements
•Familiarity with Brazil’s virtual asset regulatory landscape; strong API, data pipeline, and real-time settlement understanding
