Key Responsibilities

  • •Work throughout the solution lifecycle from understanding customer needs and gaps (Epi and FEP) through implementation.
  • •Technically lead complex application activities and lead execution of activities across customer sites (evaluation and demos).
  • •Interface with customers on technical requirements analysis and schedule.
  • •Define/approve product application support plans for installation and create/lead methodologies to optimize system performance.
  • •Transfer new application capabilities from the product division to customer application support teams and lead technical review meetings.
