Customer Success Manager (CSM) drives adoption, value realization, and long-term success for Aerospace, Defense, and US Government accounts. You will guide customers through onboarding, proficiency development, adoption, expansion, and renewal, blending advocacy, product expertise, and strategic relationship management to deliver measurable ROI and growth.

•Lead onboarding and proficiency development for new and existing users, delivering structured programs to drive global user proficiency.
•Guide adoption by developing deployment strategies, monitoring usage trends, and ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI.
•Define engagement cadences with executive sponsors and end users, translating needs into actionable plans and delivering QBRs.
•Support expansion and renewal by identifying whitespace, preparing renewal insights, and enabling sales teams with renewal positioning.
•Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful go‑live, risk mitigation, and long-term customer success.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 153,000 annually
