Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to front line leadership and communicate between shifts to anticipate and prepare for production concerns.
  • •Set up, operate, and monitor printers and/or baggers for daily operations.
  • •Safely operate equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime while meeting customer specifications and quality levels.
  • •Load/reload hoppers, make necessary ink adjustments, document substandard production, and report non-conformances.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance as assigned while working to ISO standards, SOPs, and established Work Instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Ability to safely operate equipment and follow Safety requirements and PPE (e.g., bump cap/hard hat, safety eyewear, safety shoes, hearing protection, disposable mask).
  • •Capable of physical mobility (sitting, bending, twisting, standing) and lifting up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
  • •Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • •Maintain attendance within company guidelines and work required overtime; pass a negative drug screen.
