Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and deploy scalable capabilities for ITAM/CMDB: data ingestion, normalization, reconciliation, quality and reporting.
  • •Build and operate automated Asset Data Quality rules/scorecards (completeness, consistency, correctness, timeliness) and publish results across ITAM/CMDB systems.
  • •Extend ServiceNow Discovery patterns and IRE rules to establish Topology Coverage baselines and align CI relationships to CSDM for priority application clusters.
  • •Develop and modernize ITAM integrations across the ecosystem using REST/SOAP and event-driven approaches, reducing custom scripts and technical debt.
  • •Create data products and dashboards with SQL/Power BI/ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and champion Agile/DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, guardrails).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in an engineering role (Software, Data, Integration, Platform or Site Reliability).
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
  • •Strong SQL and relational data modelling (joins, aggregations, schema design, query optimization).
  • •Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs (event-driven/messaging a plus).
  • •Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, plus English proficiency.
