Job Summary

Handle bespoke insurance requirements for UK construction clients within Aon’s Construction team, delivering high service and technical advice. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high levels of service and technical advice to a portfolio of construction clients.
•Prepare market presentations and support insurer submissions for client enquiries.
•Negotiate policy terms and attend/arrange meetings with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
•Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation, record keeping, and file notes as directed by line management.
•Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated accounts and provide recommendations to Client Managers, including accurate updating and reporting from spreadsheets.

Key Requirements

•Experience handling bespoke insurance requirements for UK construction clients.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and insurance industry professionals.
•In-depth understanding of construction insurance and its specialist insurance marketplace.
•Excellent organisation and motivation, with a strong desire to learn and develop.
•First-class IT, data and Excel skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
