Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide optimized solutions and best practices to customers using BytePlus video solution capabilities and key features.
  • •Support the sales and engineering teams with presales and technical support services; design video cloud proposals based on customer requirements.
  • •Understand and feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve BytePlus video products and services.
  • •Use industry expertise to guide customers on business decisions based on video industry and technology development trends.
  • •Ensure technical feasibility for key accounts and benchmark cases, facilitate project implementation and delivery, and summarize replicable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in writing technical documents (proposals, solutions, and documentation) to clearly express architectural planning.
