Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up internal high-rate optical fiber harness termination tooling, moving from development equipment to production-capable machinery.
  • •Design and develop tooling, fixtures, mechanisms, and automation equipment for terminating, assembling, and testing flight hardware at production rate.
  • •Own the electromechanical stack (structure, motion, sensors, actuators, and machine controls) from concept through commissioning.
  • •Own projects through the full lifecycle: concept, fabrication, controls bring-up, and production introduction.
  • •Assemble, wire, program, debug, and commission equipment on the production floor; partner with flight harness, quality, and production teams to develop process and equipment in parallel with the product.
