Job Summary

Provide Level 3 cloud managed services by proactively identifying and resolving cloud incidents and problems to maintain zero missed SLA conditions. Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support operational improvements through monitoring, RCA-based responses, and quality assurance. Use Terraform for deployments, implement cloud security controls, automate and standardize cloud processes, and help coach junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, prevent, and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems for managed client services.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, performing advanced tasks and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions.
•Use Terraform to deploy cloud services, configure alert thresholds, and support monitoring and incident response using RCA.
•Implement cloud security controls, follow up audit and compliance closure items, and perform operational improvements and quality assurance.
•Contribute to operational automation and standardization, including golden AMI creation, patching, and cross-account AMI access updates.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years with GCP.
•Strong understanding of cloud architecture and cloud services (IaaS and PaaS).
•Experience deploying cloud services using Terraform.
•Ability to monitor incidents, respond based on RCA, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
•Deep understanding of Service Management best practices frameworks such as ITIL.
