Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and ensure EHS work at the site is completed in line with Global Reckitt EHS Standards, local regulations, and site safety procedures.
  • •Maintain EHS records, ensure EHS performance is reported on time, and support site performance focus areas using analysis and requirements.
  • •Deliver EHS-related trainings and ensure internal audit/planned inspections are completed within timelines.
  • •Implement behavior safety and increase near-miss reporting through root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and workforce-in-safety engagement.
  • •Oversee incident reporting and investigation, ensure legal requirements and process safety standards are implemented, manage emergency preparedness with risk assessments and mock drills, and support environmentally friendly materials disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (preferably in engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar EHS/health and safety capacity, ideally in FMCG.
  • •Training on EHS Standards & Process Safety Standards, and NEBOSH IGC certification (or ability to obtain).
  • •ISO 45001 Internal Auditor and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor qualifications.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, organize work and resources to meet legal and global requirements.
