Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain physical security by assigning walking or stationary posts and inspecting/control access for persons and vehicles entering or leaving the facility.
  • •Check identification and allow only authorized personnel into the facility; inspect carry-in items such as bags, briefcases, toolboxes, and lunchboxes.
  • •Roving or walking through plant areas to check physical facility security.
  • •Log truck traffic during ingress and egress and inspect motor vehicles driven into the plant.
  • •Write investigative reports and perform preliminary investigations of accidents, thefts, workplace violence, and other incidents.
