Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates.
  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while deepening and expanding client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations.
  • •Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients and transition customers to a banker when needed.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Experience with cash handling (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
