Director Pricing

Lead pricing and deal analysis for active and prospective flow reinsurance transactions, from target identification and product design through pricing models, contract drafting, closing, and transitioning to rate setting. Build or oversee pricing model development, perform due diligence on product design and risk exposures, and prepare internal approval documents. Establish internal controls and policies, manage projects with cross-functional collaboration, and mentor/peer review the flow pricing team. Stay current on actuarial guidelines, accounting standards, and regulations while advancing AI-enabled initiatives.
