Department Manager - Nursery - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the Nursery/Plant Material department as a branch expert, partnering with customers and assisting the Branch Manager on sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and supply/demand integration. Drive daily safety and inventory management while organizing the workplace and executing policies. Train and develop agronomic staff, help implement new technologies with branch leadership, and support other departments to achieve departmental sales goals.
