Program Manager

Manage MedscapeLIVE! projects from initiation through completion, coordinating short- and long-term work across multiple teams, time zones, and external clients. Own project planning, status meetings, communications, and delivery to keep programs on time, within scope, and within budget. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and help coordinate on-site and virtual event logistics and materials, resolving risks with the senior team.
