Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage short- and long-term projects with cross-department team members across multiple time zones and clients.
  • •Use a web-based project management tool to ensure processes are followed and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within specification.
  • •Run project initiation, planning, and status meetings; send ongoing communications to project teams, partners, and clients.
  • •Coordinate meeting materials and logistics, including onsite management assistance for in-person and virtual content.
  • •Identify potential delays/issues and work with senior team members and external partners to resolve them.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; PMI certification is a plus.
  • •Minimum of four years of progressively responsible project and process management experience.

  • •High professionalism, strong time management/organization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
