Key Responsibilities

•Partner with plant leaders and operational teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
•Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent decisions
•Lead talent review and succession planning processes for key positions and critical talents within the plant organization
•Lead engagement initiatives for blue-collar employees by analyzing shop-floor needs, engagement survey results, and implementing action plans to improve employee experience, motivation, and retention
•Lead end-to-end recruitment process for operations roles

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields
•8+ years of HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments
•Proven experience partnering closely with plant leadership and managing blue-collar workforce processes
•Strong understanding of labor law, social compliance, and manufacturing HR practices
•Advanced English proficiency
