Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve the operating rhythm for the GM and Online Grocery leadership, including syncs, meetings, business reviews, planning reviews, communications, and all-hands segments.
  • •Manage the GM’s operating cadence by prioritizing and delegating workstreams and ensuring the right attention at the right time.
  • •Improve decision-making by clarifying decision rights, building frameworks and pre-reads, and removing friction that slows good calls.
  • •Plan and drive leadership offsites and upward communication, and coordinate research/briefings for GM meetings with partners and key leaders.
  • •Strengthen organizational health by spotting and addressing issues early, turning engagement signals into action, and supporting headcount budgeting with HR and finance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience.
  • •R&D experience from a direct R&D role (product, design, engineering, or technical program management), an adjacent role embedded with R&D teams, or as a Chief of Staff within an R&D organization.
  • •Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background with experience working directly with executives.
  • •Fluency navigating product, design, and engineering organizations at scale as a true problem-solving partner to R&D leaders.
  • •High EQ and people-oriented instinct, plus outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication and strong analytical/program management skills.
