Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve technical requests (TRM) raised by engineering, repair, and documentation teams to keep aircraft flying.
  • •Address in-service occurrences to secure SA/LR fleet airworthiness and support SB/RFW1000/MISP activities.
  • •Partner with production teams to support concessions and QSR topics and strengthen MAP relationships.
  • •Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • •Develop through Multi-Skill cross-training across programs and disciplines toward appropriate signatory delegations.

  • •Solid background in Airframe Stress engineering (ideally 5+ years).
  • •Proven knowledge of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) applied to metallic structures within the SA/LR NFF/NCF perimeter.
  • •Agile, proactive, and curious mindset able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, translating complex technical data into clear, actionable decisions.
  • •High level communication skills in both French and English.
