Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•On-site engagement with customers to identify key workflow problems and determine how Seal can address them
•Deploy and configure Seal against live GxP processes (ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES) and own the outcome end to end
•Migrate customers from legacy systems, paper, and siloed tools to Seal, end to end
•Build and lead training sessions to drive real adoption and long-term usage
•Present results and future proposals to audiences from scientists to C-suite and feed field insights back into product development

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology)
•Experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial
