Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and generative AI solutions across the organization.
  • •Define enterprise standards, architecture patterns, MLOps practices, and model governance frameworks.
  • •Partner with business leaders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
  • •Oversee model lifecycle management, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, drift monitoring, and retraining.
  • •Build and optimize ML pipelines using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Python, and related technologies, ensuring responsible and compliant AI.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or software engineering roles.
  • •3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or leading complex AI initiatives.
  • •Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, plus cloud-based data platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, including MLOps and production-grade ML solutions.
