Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Grow through consistent coaching and leadership training within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass a post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home/security equipment (including cameras and smart locks).
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
  • •Technical aptitude with experience such as cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work safely in attics/confined spaces while climbing ladders up to 14 feet.
