Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers throughout the sales journey (discovery, validation, proposal, due diligence) using live demos and presentations.
  • •Communicate with developers, product managers, and occasionally senior executives across industries.
  • •Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical counterpart to help customers validate Auth0’s value.
  • •Design and execute outcome-driven proof of concepts (POCs).
  • •Grow understanding of Okta’s product suite, technologies, and protocols and occasionally represent Okta at regional/local events.

Key Requirements

  • •Passion for helping customers and supporting them throughout the sales process.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • •Interest in Identity and Access Management, cloud technologies, and security concepts.
  • •Fluency in English (and fluency in an additional European language is a bonus).
