Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance tasks including patching/painting, floor repairs, replacing lights, and repairing racking.
  • •Conduct minor troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment.
  • •Document maintenance work including labor, parts, inventory used, and close out work orders.
  • •Follow lockout-tag out, confined space, and other safety/environmental procedures.
  • •Complete pass down logs to communicate the facilities’ operational status to coworkers.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
  • •2-4 years of experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills, and industrial electrical systems.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
  • •Ability to work with high and low voltage AC and DC systems.
  • •Fork Lift Certification and a valid Drivers License.
