Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and authorize valuation and unit price calculations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and control adherence.
  • •Ensure reporting cadence and KPI/quality standards are met, delivering in line with client cut-offs.
  • •Maintain oversight of operational drivers affecting Accounting and valuation outputs, including cut-off management, peak-cycle planning, journals, and exception themes.
  • •Manage the NDD service delivery team for Investment Administration clients, ensuring service levels and continuous process/control improvement.
  • •Own accounting and valuation change lifecycle for relevant initiatives, including requirements/design review, UAT coordination, implementation readiness, and benefits realization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in the securities industry.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Investment Accounting and Fund Administration (Traditional Funds).
  • •Experience dealing directly with external clients and third parties.
  • •Level 3 education qualification: University Bachelor or higher degree (or associate degree, diploma, or IOC Merit Award).
  • •Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and to plan/organize workload to meet deadlines.
