Job Summary

Senior on-site construction leader driving day-to-day oversight for a large development, coordinating across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure and more. Ensures compliance with designs, specs, QA/QC, brand standards, safety, and timely handover, while managing contractor performance, claims, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer’s representative.
•Onboard contractors suitable for the development in close coordination with management.
•Monitor and challenge contractor progress, productivity, sequencing, and resourcing.
•Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines.
•Lead site coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure, and any other required disciplines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
•15+ years of on-site construction experience on large developments.
•Proven on-ground leadership coordinating across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure).
•Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and Primavera; MS Project; ERP systems; Excel; Adobe Creative Suite.
•Commitment to strict Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and quality-first workmanship.
