Job Summary

Field Service Representative supporting mission-critical C5ISR systems in diverse locations (Southwest Asia, Europe, Korea, and Continental US). Installing, configuring, and maintaining DCGS, JADOCS, JBC-P and related systems; you will work onsite with a focus on software support for Army programs, requiring readiness to deploy and travel 10-25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain C5ISR systems in support of mission-critical programs.
•Provide software support for distributed systems including DCGS-A, JADOCS, JBC-P, MMC-S, SASMO, AFATDS and BFT-A.
•Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues in austere environments.
•Ensure compliance with security requirements and participate in depot/field maintenance as needed.
•Interface with customers and stakeholders to deliver reliable field service and support.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.44 - 41.18 hourly

Key Requirements

•AA degree and 3-5 years of related experience (will consider other combinations of education, experience and certifications)
•CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
•Ability to obtain and maintain medical fitness to deploy
•Active US Passport for OCONUS positions
•Ability to work extended weeks in austere environments
