Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a finance business partner to SG&A departments, providing financial guidance, spend visibility, and decision support.
  • •Own enterprise headcount planning and forecasting, building scalable frameworks and processes for workforce planning.
  • •Develop and maintain labor cost models, scenario analysis, and workforce ramp plans for scaling across functions.
  • •Drive SG&A budget ownership and variance analysis, partnering with department leads to manage spend and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • •Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting expectations and building capability for the SG&A spend planning and measurement standard.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years managing or leading a team.
  • •Experience as a finance business partner to corporate or SG&A functions.
  • •Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures and workforce planning, including how corporate costs connect to divisional and program performance.
  • •Experience designing financial reporting, planning processes, or allocation models at an enterprise level.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
