Job Summary

Administer and maintain aspects of the property management system across the property lifecycle, partnering with Property/Logistics leadership, DCMA, suppliers, contracts, and other teams. Serve as the primary contact for assets such as Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling, and Material. Support compliance with regulations and audit protocols, use metrics to improve the property system, and develop training and improvement initiatives for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary contact for management of assets including Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling, and Material.
•Administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System across multiple property lifecycle areas.
•Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to audiences such as program leadership, engineering, and lab management.
•Support compliance with regulations and internal/external audit protocols, using metrics to affect the property system.
•Work with DCMA and customers to support audits and maintain proactive relationships for select programs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience in government property asset management, property, operations, and/or supply chain.
•Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas.
•Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application.
•Knowledge of special access programs and property systems (preferred).
