Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product features end-to-end, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle.
  • •Build reliable and scalable systems and own critical parts of the core infrastructure.
  • •Make trade-offs and core product/technical decisions to shape the company's trajectory.
  • •Polish and iterate on features to be delightful and easy to use for customers.
  • •Solve novel problems from working with Voice AI and scale to millions of daily calls.
