Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the company’s and employees’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Prepare and implement the annual compliance plan and conduct periodic compliance reviews and testing.
  • •Identify compliance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow up with relevant departments until closure.
  • •Maintain compliance obligation and action trackers, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate required actions with Legal and other departments.
