Job Summary

Own the day-to-day execution of Upstream Business Development activities by maintaining the centralized deal pipeline, tracking milestones and risks, and producing executive-ready reporting. Drive LOI/MOU/commercial agreement workflows with version control and approvals, manage concurrent agreements, and coordinate across Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to keep stakeholders aligned and action items moving.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a centralized Upstream BD pipeline tracker, monitoring progress against milestones and targets.
•Provide deal visibility through executive summaries and reports, including risks and status updates.
•Support document workflows for LOIs, MOUs, and commercial agreements, including coordination, version control, and approvals.
•Manage concurrent agreements by tracking milestones, renewals, and obligations without losing quality.
•Coordinate across Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to align timelines and close action items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 2+ years of business development operations, project management, or related experience.
•In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development operations, project management, or related work.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to satisfy applicable export-control/eligibility requirements.
•Familiarity with commercial agreement structures including LOIs, MOUs, and offtake agreements.
•Experience with cross-functional workflows and managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strong organization and attention to detail.
